My husband and I had our house up for sale with another realtor for about 6 months and had no luck.  We were referred to Ed; he came to meet us when the other contract expired, not a moment sooner.  We were almost going to give up, and instantly Ed gave us new hope.  Ed encouraged, supported and gave us hope to sell our house.  Ed sold our house quickly; he did everything possible to do so.  It is great when you call Ed because you get Ed, not an answering service.  He is VERY prompt in returning your calls (even if he is out of town).  Ed would also call us just to keep contact and make sure we were still excited.  Ed certainly put lots of time in for us traipsing across the city looking at houses for us to buy on many different nights.  He listened to what we wanted and he by far, delivered!
