I Highly recommend you call at least 2 others in the same field so you are able to compare and decide who best fits your needs. Just for thought: It should never "always come down to Price/Rates", Service, Peace of Mind and Comfort are worth a lot when you think about what the above professionals do. I just say this because in the past, I have known people who go with the "lowest Price" or the "best rates", months later they often complain about the treatment they get.
